These Terms govern your use of the Tropicescapelife website and any service, reservation or experience booked through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you warrant that this is true. We may ask for photographic identification on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be extra.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay where a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, breaches our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We promote responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take all reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables not deposited in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Tropicescapelife or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
